Well, what I'd say is...

God, as in the creator, the lord, the one in the bible for example, and all that crap is what I call Mother Nature. Just an unknown force, that is all around us. Basically I could tell a bunch of crap about it, but you can just go watch Yoda in Episode 5. It's actually quite awesome and truthful how he explains it, even though it may seem ridiculous.

God as in our God, Gods, and all the mighty theories of how Earth got created, humans got created, all the mythologies is what I call extraterrestrials. Stories that the old humankind has passed on just as *they saw it*. Remember, they didn't have flying saucers back then, and they would see one as perhaps a dragon or a heaven. Hell, perhaps even Olympus Mountain had an extraterrestrial flying machine on top of it, where aliens lived, and the humans who went there, thought of it as some sort of a heaven. I'd say these are the real happenings behind our stories. These stories just got over-exaggerated and grew during time, just like any other story. This one has just had a few thousand more years to do so.
