If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
But once you release it, you won't be able to make any grand and sweeping revisions. Hidthspace Revolution has a bit of backstory detailing back thousands of years... but I'm going to work that into the game, not release it as a interesting file. If you release the back story now, then you'll be less likely to make changes, and you might paint yourself into a very difficult corner.
