I may be able to make it, if it's not late July.. preferably June. We're hosting a physics education conference in our university August 1.-5., so it's bound to be crazy busy for most of July.
Why don't you guys/magicman make a facebook event out of it? Would be easier to track people if they could change their yes/no/maybe statuses themselves?
