I d/l Pilgrims Quest in 3.5 hours on a 56K and I have MSN as my ISP.
The point is it worked well with me and I don't use download resumer b/c I don't know which one is the best and/or I rarely get disconnected. You just have to wait and be patient.
BTW I find no problems in d/l files from gamespy except if it is really busy and I have to wait.
I tried winacing PQ and it was only 32MB. Winace is awesome b/c someone made a morrowind plugin that has new clothing textures in 3d max and compressed it from 13MB to less than 2 MB.
I think people should start winacing their files b/c it has the best compression on bitmaps but then not everybody has it I guess.
