Fireball got curious in the other thread and gave the secret away! He didn't give direct steps, but it only took me .75 of a second to figure out the rest. Basically, if you can't figure it out you probably shouldn't be doing it.
Though it does blow out the whole "custom avatar" debate once and for all.
