I'm going to vote for TQFNQAL, on the same basis as Sparrow - it was easily the funniest dmod released this year. Bonus points for one of the most terrible abbreviations in Dink history. 
I'll reserve my Day of the Carcass vote for the full version.
On the dev front, I'll vote for the Introduction to Dmod Making. It's objectively the best out of these, the only one grand enough to win the DOTY. Having a new thorough dmodding tutorial is really great, as the last one is probably over a decade old and somewhat outdated. Minus points for encouraging people to use WDE. Stupid WDE.
