Scratcher has released a new development file by the name The Experience Machine. And what does this Experience Machine do? Well, the readme file looks like rambling that has nothing to do with the experience machine at all. From what I can gather, it was originally going to be in a D-Mod called Castlemania (which has been cancelled), and the Experience Machine allows you to create a monster based on values you put into it.
