If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
I did some testing with Photoshop, it seems to give a smaller filesize for PNG, and a larger filesize for JPG than IrfanView (which I used for comparison), but JPG is still much smaller. Photoshop doesn't really give me many options at all with PNGs, though, so if there's some way to get it to compress PNGs better, please do tell.
