If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
It wouldn't necessarily be hard to do, it would just take forever and a day.
There are ~525 frames. You'd have to cut out pants/boots/shirt/etc.. thus multiplying the workload further. This is probably why nobody has done it.
You can download the files here if you want to take a shot at it. If you have some friends that would be willing to help, you could even split the work, but for one person alone it would be a huge pain in the ass to do.
Also, you wouldn't really need to worry about the recoloring part. If you just separated the pieces that would suffice because people could easily batch recolor the pieces. It would also be a good idea to write a program that would put the pieces back together. This would save the user a ton of work trying to make their own Dink.
