I don't see nothing with these files why they would not be accepted. There are much more crappy files here in TDN that I wonder why they got accepted.
And yeah, I picked on Skorn also (and many other dudes) but thinking back, I feel sorry for doing that.
And I got better with time in creating files. But why would not Skorn get better? He just needs advises on what he should improve. It's not like he's ever going to get better with people telling him to get the f*ck off and that his files are total crap, especially when they are not.
