I mean a device which scans materials for their chemicial composition and molecular, atomic, and subatomic structure, and is then capable of recreating that exact material in another place.
And the British will get their tea, rest assured. That is coming with the project scheduled to commence in 2010, after we have mastered coffee, sugar, cream, and mountain dew.
Cost is not an issue yet. This is for SCIENCE.
