There have been rumors that Skorn has adopted a new guise by the name of 'Voj'. I personally haven't looked into it very closely, but 'Voj' seems fairly well-behaved (at least the amount of trash posted to the board has decreased significantly, necromancy notwithstanding).
In any case, the best way to deal with trash or spam is to ignore it or confuse the person posting it. If someone posts an extremely long subject line, and you feel the need to reply, focus your energies into a short diatribe on the unfairness of the Japanese Congo in relation to the economy, for example.
