can't you make it so that the [NT] posts are automatically read when you access the board, or at least the NEXT time you access the board after seeing them, so you don't have to click them to remove them.

I see you allow some, like bold and italic... but I mean... you've got to allow <a href> and <img> as well... at least <a href>.. links are annoying if you have to copy-paste them to the address field in your browser...

Yeah, currently only UBB and HTML bold/italic tags are active. [ b ] works just like < b > (without the spaces, of course ) I hope to get UBB Link tags up in the near future.
