The Dink Network

I've searched everywhere and can't find the entrance to the old man with the sleep bomb.Can someone help?

It's in the bit north of the town, there's a couple of paths leading west from the beach with banks above and below them.

Up on the lower bank of one of the paths, the entrance is between some trees maybe 1 screen W of the beach. Can't remember if there's anything marking the entrance.
