DFArc can now be translated in your language

For example:

I'm using the 'gettext' translation system which makes it easy to add new languages.
So I'm looking for translators!

I'm doing fine so far, some of the words used is hard to translate though, the English vocabulary is way bigger than the Norwegian, lol.

I had to take some liberties myself in the French translation
I replaced "Package" by "[Create a package]", namely.

I'm going to join too! I'll translate DFArc into Polish version
