I am having problems finding the soothsayer in the land of reverence. I have the necessary majic spells but he is not appearing anywhere. Any hints on how to find him would be great thanks!

IIRC it's on top of a hill that it looks like you can't get up onto. Really there's a path up hidden behind a tree.
