how do I get out of the maze of fire and water. I just keep reading the scripts and going around and around. I can't figure out how to progress.

Go down the stairs (found in the centre of the shrine)

And after that, go up up and up.

i want water but i cant move the stones to kill the last fire help plz

Uh, which area are you in? It's hard to tell from your description. I don't remember anything about moving stones.
