What's the best way to kill the stone giants? I only have fireball majic, and a sword; I'm carrying 8 elixers. Fireball doesn't seem to touch them, and I get hurt everytime I hit one. Any ideas?

Their attack sequence is slow iirc, so you need to do the hit and run technique. Or, you can just avoid them.

can you change the hit point values in the game file? I'm in a LOCKED SCREEN situation, and hit'nrun with 2 of them's gonna be a she dog!

I finally made it to the last boss, but I can't beat him! He moves too fast to take any potions, or hit him with hellfire. I even planted a bomb next to him!! Anyone got any ideas on how to SLOW HIM DOWN????????

It's not necessary, you can beat him as he is. Even though it is a really hard fight. It took me several tries... You should use the herbboots and hit him with a hellfire. And yes, it's a lot of running.

If you really want a slower boss you should just cheat and set the speed to the desired value using a sp_speed(&current_sprite,desired_value); command in the void main(void) procedure of the enemy, other than that I can't think of anything. (probably not helpful if you're inexperienced with making DMODs...)

And how did you have the time to plant bombs? I would have been hit numerous times before I would be able to plant a bomb. And since the game is paused while you have your inventory opened taking potions shouldn't be a problem...

I'll try it your way. How I planted the bomb was while fighting the stone giants. They moved so slow that I had time to deop 1 next to the boss. P.S.I was never offered " herb boots"!
