I'm in the Land of Punz. I got confusion, rescued the baby, and STILL that $@%^% fairy doesn't show up. What do I do now??!!

The fairy does show up on icy isle, that is the island to the southeast of Rolands house. You need to have met the queen and also have agility of six to cross

I went to the Queens castle but the guard says that she is not recieving visitors today.
