Chop your own wood, and it will warm you twice.
I realized that there aren't many people that has this problem, but I'm one of those who have it. I decided that there must be a logical explanation. Since my video card is GeforceFX 5200, 128MB, I don't fit into "old video card" category. That's why, the only problems can be my settings for it.
Can someone with the same video card, can post here all the settings, so I ca try them?
I use:
-AMD Barton 2800+
-256MB DDRAM
-An Asus motherboard(don't know the details)
-Windows XP Professional

Odd. I have a mere ATI Express 200 and I don't have that problem. You'd think that since I have a mere integrated chip with shared memory that I'd be the one more likely to have that problem.

However, i do not know how our CPUs stack up since I don't reckognise yours. However, I have a Sempron so yours must be better. However, this would make little difference with Dink.

I do know though that my RAM is greater (512MB). But that wouldn't make a difference with Dink. It does make a difference with XP, though. XP is so much happier when it runs on 512MB.

I have no idea what sort of motherboard I have, but I doubt that affects Dink much.

In short, I would of thought that I'd be the one more likely to have such problems, but it would appear it's the other way around and I can't help you.

I don't think this is a hardware problem. But since it has to be a logical explanation, there should be a software problem. That's why, the first thing I want to check is the videocard settings.
