CONTROL PANEL QUESTION
EVERY TIME I WANT TO GO INTO THE CONTROL PANEL I CLICK ON IT (DU) AND IT POPS UP FOR LIKE HALF A SECOND THEN IT RELOADS THE SCREEN AND LOGS ME OFF

WHats ur problem, don't write with upper case, it annoying, and its against the rules I think.
The rules implicitly forbid it: "Try to refrain from using ALL CAPS." 
The control panel may have been secured in a weird way... If it hasn't, trying to repair Windows is the only solution I know...
I first saw your post in caps...before it was edited...and I was online for quite sometime... and i saw your name online on the Board...so it's probably your computer. What control panel are you referring to? How can we help? Or rather, how can the others help?
It happened to me for a few hours two days in a row (these past two days)...when I clicked the dinknetwork page - it kept returning an "error" message..."webpage not found" message. Could be the network was down? Is it possible?

it logs you off windows?
you can try to open the control panel by clicking on 'start' then click on 'run...' and then typing in 'control panel' and press enter. If you still have problems with this technique then you probably either got some kind of spyware/virus or you need to repair your windows setup.
