hi all and everyone and everything that reads this..... i got it real messed (notice that i dident write mest) up and since i have no other place to go i go to the forums

i need help concerning the d mods and how do i run them it took me ages just to find out how to download them but then when i finally download d arc or what its called i extract the files into c rogram files\dink smallwood it all ends up in a map!! how am i supposed to play a game in wich theg ame itself is a map???
really need help and fast 2..... reply soon please..... kailash

Try to use a frontend, they work really easily. just install it and then run the frontend. After that select the DMOD you installed (the name of the map) and play!

There is a frontend installed with Dink already. It's called DinkFrontEnd, to run a DMOD with this simply select 'Run with the following DMod' and then the name of the map of your DMOD in the dropdown box.

sounds simple eh but ive already tried that it only lists the develop and the mystery island.... i looked in the trouble shooting place but it aint say nething......

You should have the map with your DMOD in the map c:\program files\dink smallwood\<the name of the map of your DMOD>
Then <the name of the map of your DMOD> should appear in the DinkFrontEnd.
