This is due to the fact that the hardbox is too small.
Press space when looking at it. You'll see a grey rectangle in the house. That is it's hardbox. It is the area where Dink can't walk through.
To change it, there are 3 different methods:
1: Surround it with invisible sprites (Type 2). Be aware that this can easily cause the sprite count to exceed 100.
2: Go into hardness mode (By pressing H). Then select hardness tiles with which you want to surround the house. In the back of the list are some useful shapes.
3: Enter the sprite selection screen, and press E on the house sprite. Here you can deform it's depth-dot and hardbox. Don't do this if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
I use method 2 myself, sometimes also using method 1 for shapes that can't be created using the built-in hardness shapes.
Creating hardness tiles is generally a bad idea. You'll end up editing other tiles' hardness and it can mess up your whole DMod.

God forbid, I must be tired, I thought you were talking about your private parts until you said brain 0.

but when i click into the hard box when everythings little boxes of colors i cant see the house and i just see grass how can i see the house or so i just have to wing it
To edit the hardbox press e, put your select box on the house and press e again. tabulator switches between the direction you wish to edit the hard box in... after you've edited the house's hardbox press s to save the changes, open your dmod's dink.ini, check the last line and if there are multiple SET_SPRITE_INFOs on the same line put them on different lines.
The alternate method, the best method for human houses, is to press H and edit the screens hardness to match the house's walls.

Too bad it's a hell of a job to do it in DinkEdit

I sometimes think it's pretty fun... sometimes I can't stand it, but then I don't do it at that time and have lots of fun later.
