what is this phoenix is saying about the dink squad being taken over by redink1? does phoenix not want to update it anymore or is redink1 just trying to further plot his domination of all living things?

Phoenix said that he wasn't going to update it any more, so I offered to host it on The Dink Network's servers and update it when necessary.
