Did you know that 89% of epics are rated excellent (9.0+), given that I can count properly?

Someone needs to make one more epic, quick.

The things is if you plan to make a D-mod long chances are your putting equal effort into the other aspects such as story, sound, graphics, etc. Hence epics are great overall.

I'm creating an epic after the romp I'm presently working on.
Don't worry, I'll hype like crazy just before I finish it.

Cloud Castle 2 isn't far off from being an epic. But I would be very surprised if it actually was one.

What is the criteria for a d-mod being an epic wnyway? I forget...

Over an hour is for a Quest.

Thanks Simeon, but how do you quantify size? Map screens? Time it takes to finish? Amount of scripts?

Not that it really matters, CC2 IS a quest. Not an epic. No way.

I think it's the amount of time it took you to finish it the first time. The main game took me 7 hours the first time I tried. Second time it was only 3 hours. I don't wanna think about what it'd take me now

If you remember, the D-Mods were sorted by the time it took to finish them

Romp: A few minutes to an hour
Quest: An hour or more
Epic: About the length of the original adventure
