Happy Saint Patrick's Day!!!
Its some american/irish holiday i don't celebrate it since im not American or Irish.All i know is its a drinking fest and the main color is green.
I didn't even remember that it was St. Patrick's Day until I boarded the bus this morning.. it's just not a very special holiday to me, at all. Fortunately, I had a small bit of green on my shirt (Zim), so I avoided pinchings.
You know why you get pinched if you don't have green on? St. Patrick drove out the snakes from Ireland and if you don't pay your respect to him, you will get a "Snake" bite. I don't actually know if that is true, but it is a logical guess.
I didn't know until I walked home from class and overheard someone say something. Doesn't matter to me one way or the other.
About the best I could get was Polish Beer. Which was pretty good, actually.

Argh, Scratcher, don't remind me of drinking... Last Friday I just had one measly bottle of Karjala and then caught a terrible flu.

irish dont celebrate st patricks day, they celebrate wednesday.

That would be a nice competiton: Drink as lots that you can, then try to survive from the ocean of ligth-green people. 
What has St Patrick's day got to do with America? It's just an Irish holiday, and an excuse to get drunk, surely?
america has holidays from many different parts of europe because all those little foriegn fellows came over here, killed a hundred million natives, and started making sitcoms.
