Have been trying to download a dmod using a file manager and nothing happens. I know this goes through fileplanet and from what I remember they seem to have a strange system. However I have downloaded in the past with no problem. Have they changed their system? What do I need to do?

Chances are your download manager follows URLs instead of Content-types, which makes it mess up with FilePlanet. Download managers that are coded properly will not have this problem.

I suggest downloading through imgoingbed, as there shouldn't be any such problems.

Thanks. I saw the option after posting and gave it a try on the file manager I was using still without success. Therefore I tried a different file manager called paraben. It seems to be working fingers crossed. I am trying several file managers at moment to decide which to buy and they all seem to have different levels of success. Need to use a file manager as my internet connect package cuts out after 2 hours so I need to resume larger downloads. Do you have any suggestions as to a good file manager? One with a good download accelerator function as often my downloads are slow.

I use GetRight, myself. Works well, and doesn't have excess adware bundled with it.
