Welcome! In fact, considering what you're offering: very welcome. I'm sure you will have quiet a few people knocking on your door.
Have you got a website of your stuff somewheres?

I told you Cookie, people are desperate for graphics! Welcome on board!
I am not bad at 2d graphics (check out what I have uploaded) but I have no experiance with 3d . I was wondering where to start learning 3d .
Well you see.....Its strange because my dad once brought a program home and he said he didnt really need it so i looked at it and im like cool so then i bought a book for it and well thats how it all started. No i dont have a site im not to good at programing ((Mostly use laws of physics for my work)).Uh well if you wannna get started i would recomend 3dmax as it seems that people have easier time learning it my program is pain in ass to learn so much time spent beating my head against wall.
Oh yeah sorry about if theres a few commas missing and about spelling mistakes, english isnt my first launguage.

Always nice to have a new member in the community. Even nicer if it's an active member. And dealing with graphics is... even more nicer!
A good idea would be to show off your work by releasing a graphics pack, like Bruce (Sephiroth) has done. Check out his work here.

How much are the graphics supposed to be pixilated? I looked over the graphics in dink and they dont seem to pixilated to me.
Pixelation...
As least as possible, but somewhat hard I find with 256 colours and the error diffusion function used.
New engine should change this limitations

256? that sucks i cant really do anything good with that. And what are you talking about when you say "new engine"?

The new Engine : Project Windemere, where a crack team of Dinkers are rewiting the Dink engine, to facilitate beter GFX etc.
And 256 is good enough to do some very nice work in, if you have the skills. As Simonk and Bruce have proven.

Dunno if i can though. But id guess the basic pixilation would work on the program.
Just develop for 32-bit then. That's what Windemere supports, and if needed, you can convert it back.
When is this engine supposed to come out? And that makes things much easier for me ^_^.
I think the hardest thing about making graphics for Dink is working around the Dink palette . Some things look good (like fire and grass) and others look like crap (like water) . I also don't know why there is so many shades that all look black . If they dropped some of them and added a few more shades of blue it would have been better . I can't wait for the new engine . A lot of the things that I have made so far looked much better before I converted them with the Dink palette .
Its okay I could work around that with some work but it would probably annoy me a lot.
I think the hardest this about dink is trying to get real pictures at the right angel, dinks andgle is so hard to get, i have a camaro and a trailer in my mod, and there both sort off angle and it looks wierd, but you don't really notice it that much becuase yous be consentratin on the with....... uuhh... lost my point. but anyways the angle! the angle!
Wuts so hard bout it? Its just a rotated view of usual sprite games.
Ehm, you do know that when some sprites (or just one) have a different angle than the others, your eyes notice that right away?
Yeah the angle is a problem... I wrote to Justin Martin about it. His advice was just to keep experimenting until you got it right. Just make sure things are isometric, or in Blender - Orthagonal view on the camera. It gets right of the perspective.
But, hey... sometimes close enough has to be good enough.

Close enough is usually good enough most people dont notice it.
