Ok. I just downloaded a couple of days ago & am playing version 2.00.
I usually play an area and do all I can (or can figure out), then go to the walkthrough to make sure I didn't miss anything that will mess up the game for me later.

1. I can't get into the secret room in the first bonca cave. I see it, but it won't let me walk into it. Bug?

2. The walkthrough mentions a secret area in either the slayer cave or the one the little girl is in (can't remember which). Can't find that.

3. In the town with the armor the old man mentions magic. I have read & read the walkthrough and don't see where I missed the magic. The old man says something about skulls.

ok, figured out my other problems, having a new one.

I'm at the 4 trees. I have magic (both of them), I read the sign, burned them in the correct order & still can't walk east. It tells me I unlocked the secret, but it won't let me go on. I have tried it over several times.

Any suggestions?

That was a glitch in the game. It happened to me also. Did you look to see if there's a patch to d/l? The way I got around it was to deliberately pick the wrong order to burn the trees, then choose the right order afterwards.

Thanks. I finally gave up & went & played around a bit then decided to give it another try. I went back into the screen, the trees were back, I just walked right through without burning them again & it let me by. I finished the game without a hitch after that.
