Just had a discussion about the movie Sophie's Choice. About the fact that you will eventually choose, just to save at least one. But then your choice has made clear who you love the most - I think that's dehumanising a person. Suppose you had to choose between your parents or between the people you love the most... and if you wouldn't choose, they would both die. Horrific.

I wouldn't choose either because I hate people.

STOP THE INSANITY KILL ALL HUMANITY

I would choose randomly, for two reasons:
1. If I wouldn't, I would feel guilty for the ones I did not choose.
2. There'd be no better choice if I couldn't decide who I love more.

I would probably regret this, but i would choose depending on who the people were. My father and his family have deeply hurt me repeatedly, so i can say that i'm not sure i love them, and i definately know that I like my mother and other family members more.
