I have got all the food, blown up 3 places and taken the stuff from there...but, every time I go to the rock blocking the path to the forest, I am told I have to be stronger. What does that mean? Please tell me what to do, not give me a hint, since I am going mad

You simple have to get a strength boost. (A red potion). Find all red potions in Armend and go kill some slimes and pillbugs, choose strength when level up.
