Well, I was planning on making one, but after looking thru the code, I decided I did not have the right protective gear to go wading thru a million lines of total crap. So, someone make a command line, Please? With a cherry & double cheeseburger on top?(Yum)

That is an interesting idea, but... what for? Precise your idea.
Do you want CLI mode à la Dark Basic, were you can type in DinkC commands at run time?

I don't know for sure, but it sounds to me like he wants a "console", like in Quake 1, 2, 3, and Half-Life, and most other games.. I dunno for sure though.

Oh, that would be actually pretty easy to add.
