Are there any black metal fans on here?
Yeah I know, my profile name doesn't fit the (how should I say) description of a black metal fan.
Love the loud music and goblin voices.

I prefer shiny silver metal myself, though i have on occasion found myself admiring red steel beams.
How could like BLACK METAL? That satanic piece of crap! I avoid it as much as I can!
Zeddex is right, you should convert to silver metal. I personally like rusty iron for the number of uses it has. But its your choice.

Not a big metal fan myself, no. Though I don't mind the metal itself, it's the goblin voices that really bother me. So if I listen to metal it'll be like, Diablo Swing Orchestra.
@bluedy
Lol.
I'm gonna defend FB here.
Black metal is a kinda in between. A lot of black metal bands such as venom, tarabas, mortiis (was emperor, lead singer hates satanists), dark throne, Celtic frost either did it for show, to honor their ancient ancestors, or just to say duck you to the church.
And some b m bands are satanic. But originally it was just for show.
Really it's more pagan than satanic.
And don't you ducking say paganism is satanism. There is quite a gap between the two.

Bluedy did not state that satanism was a form of paganism in any way, shape or form. Grow the hell up.
Black metal's not my proverbial cup of tea, I prefer something more melodic than harsh.

It was literally a joke about actual metal like zeddex's . I couldnt have made it more obvious -_-
@kris
I only said that because there are people out there who do associate paganism with satanism. So I went ahead and said it didn't just in case.
@bluedy
Oh, ah!
@skurn
Ignoring this. I know what you're thinking.

It's basic forum etiquette to not post topic links that are not relevant to the topic at hand.
Well he could obviously see this thread was about turn into another war zone.
I'd be okay to listen to any individual band you showed me, and I like Venom, but I find a lot of black metal bands and fans hard to take seriously because they act like they're so special and so 'true metal' and that other genres of metal and music and other bands that don't go on and on about Satanism are unworthy. Almost none of them are as smart as they like to think.
I find the Norwegian black metal scene and bands like Mayhem interesting because it seems like a few of those people were genuinely evil, even though they weren't that good as musicians.
