I know you can convert them to WAV and replace sounds in the place of midis...

You can't convert mp3 to midi. It is possible, but the quality SUCKS. It's all jumpy and screwed up. You can, however, convert it to a .WAV file.

Keep in mind that if you use a quality setting, it will be very possible for the .WAV file to grow to over 50MB in size!
