I've recently gotten back into this and my friend helped me build a commander deck. Does anyone else and would they like to play over skype sometime?

The last time I played was with 8th edition cards I got for my birthday in 2004 and a lot has probably changed since then (nobody cared about mana burn back then). It's Satan's game anyway.

I've been playing it since 2011. Commander is my favourite format and I got a bunch of decks. I love my Ruric Thar one where I force everyone to cast spells to my delight.

That sounds really fun. My commander deck is red/green so I could use him. I'm currently using borborygmos enraged because it was the only red/green legendary my friend would let me have and I didn't have anything else I could use. My deck isn't really optimized that well but it's decent for a deck that was just sort of thrown together and built from the starter landfall deck.

I have two casual decks. One is eldrazi and it's not super great right now. It may just not be all that well balanced. It seems to have mana trouble so I'm going to throw in a couple of lands because general having too many is better than not having enough.
My ally deck though is about to become really really strong. It was already ridiculously stupid but I did like half a draft with three friends today and got three zulaport cutthroats, a bloodbond vampire, and a beast caller savant. So, it's gonna to get super evil.

I also got a green warden of murasa which I'm going to put into my commander deck and a void winnower which is obviously going to go in the eldrazi deck. Both are really good. So, I got some decent cards today.

I have some cards but I forgot how to play.

I could play sometime! I was pretty into it the last two years.
I have a Red/white/blue Tempo deck that's was standard in the spring, but I think there's a couple of cards that are non-standard now. I also have a casual burn deck and Green Ramp and some other weird/bad decks.

Yeah I don't play standard because standard is expensive. At the very least you can still use it as a casual deck. I generally prefer commander just because the games tend to be a bit longer and I just find them to be a bit more fun than casual, but I do still enjoy casual games.

Well, I've got a green and white 'loyalty' deck, so named because a friend gave it to me, and a green and red, with one white mana and card inside, currently unnamed.
