The main file
I have downloaded 4 dmods but cant play anyone. Is some file missing.In all of them , i am getting a graphics , sound , story , tiles folders and dink.dat ,dink.ini , dmod.diz , hard.dat , map.dat , readme.txt and updates.txt files. So why cant i play the demo???. Which thing is missing???.
extract the dmod.zip into a new directory:
c:program filesdink smallwooddmoddir
maybe its different, but thats the default.
now, to play it, use front end or:
press start -> run -> and search dink.exe, select it, and you will see this:
"c:program filesdink smallwooddink.exe"
change it into this:
"c:program filesdink smallwooddink.exe" -game dmoddir
so, if the dmod directory is called BG
it will be this:
"c:program filesdink smallwooddink.exe" -game BG
