Now that the xboxone has dropped it's rigid functionality, will any of you be reconsidering your choice?

I'll be sticking with the PC. Rome Total War 2 will change my life.

It's a step in the right direction. Man, were they digging their own graves a while back.

Good in most ways, I think. There were some advantages to the system they were trying to put in place, but I don't think they were explained very well and they didn't offer anywhere near enough to offset the obvious problems.

I was going to buy one anyway (though not at launch), but this is great news as it'll mean a much larger population of players. Woo.

Microsoft definitely made a good move with getting rid of the DRM and used games restrictions, but it may have been too little too late. I'm sticking with PS4 regardless. Not gonna cancel my preorder. The only way I'd go Xbox One is if Microsoft got rid of their anti-Indie policies which are just stupid. All the good Indie games will be on PS4. All Xbox has is Minecraft. Again.

And tbh the only Xbox One exclusive game I cared for was Forza 5. There's a lot more for PS4 that I'm excited for.

You still can't turn it off
Kinect is still always on.
You still require an internet connection to set the thing up and install games onto it.
By pre-ordering you have to agree to waive your rights to a class action lawsuit.

They'll bring everything else back in an "optional" firmware update similar to how the PS3 lost OtherOS.

Of course you can turn it off.

Plenty of criticisms are fair, but that one? Not so much.

How to turn off Kinect:

1) Raise hammer.
2) Slam hammer down in a heavy curved motion, aiming at your Kinect.

Alternatively: Disconnect it and hide it under the rug.

Probably wouldn't turn it off though. Kinda like PCs.

I don't respect them for it at all. To me it feels like this:

Yeah that's pretty much how it went its all about bloody money these to bad Bill Gates isn't really running Microsoft the have gone downhill since he retired.
