No, you can't use the keyboard AND the mouse simaltaneously, unless you're using them for detecting which key has been pressed or for choice menus. There's no way you can control Dink or any other sprite while using the mouse.

Ahh, too bad. Well, I have another guestion on the same subject then, too: is it possible to use 2nd mouse button for something else than the first?

No. The only controls you have access to when in Mouse Mode is moving the mouse (either with the mouse or cursor keys) and clicking (either with the mouse button or the control key).
