The Dink Editor for some reason pixelates randomly. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Okay... Could you explain "pixelates" in a little more detail?

I believe he might be referring to when the colours randomize into one big mess of colour.

Probably just the Dink editor sucking. They do that quite a bit.

That seems more like a Dinkedit problem than Windinkedit (the file you linked to)...

Either way... What should I do?

Whoa. That's pixelated alright. So which editor is it? dinkedit (the one that comes with the game) or windinkedit?

It's say your best bet is to use a different editor. There are at least three different versions of windinkedit on this site, as well as GNU FreeDink, which includes freedinkedit. Perhaps one of those will work better for you.

It's the one with the game. So... Would DMODS made with ''Dinkedit'' work with Winkedit? I sorta have a ''layout'' DMOD with a finished error free map and a few scripts.

Normally, yes. Occasionally something weird happens and one of the editors will have trouble with a d-mod the other can open fine, but they're both intended to make maps for the standard Dink Smallwood game, so it should work. I myself alternate using both editors, because they have different advantages and disadvantages. As I mentioned before, you might also want to try freedinkedit, it's almost exactly like dinkedit, but it seems a little more compatible with newer computers.
