Birthday Present, yesss, my precious
So I suppose now is as good a time as any to tell the community I so adore (Really. I love you guys. Of course, that's a lie. I think some of you are utter fools, and I hate you. In fact, I probably don't like any of you... curse you! may your children have webbed feet, and may all your housepets get mange and worms! [No, I kid. I do love you guys. 
{wow, this is getting to be a long parentheses thinger...}]) that my parents are giving me something really awesome for my birthday. Is it a new computer? Warcraft 3? A billion dollars? No! It's a visit to see Tal! 
Well, our plans haven't been officially confirmed yet, but it looks like I leave the good ol' North Star State (Minnesota, dontcha know) on July 13th and head down to the Volunteer State (Tennessee... somebody explain to me why it's called the Volunteer State, please...) for a two-week stay with my darling dearest Talmadge.
<Mushy part commences>Now, he and I will be celebrating our 9-month anniversary whilst I am there. And I must say, these have been a spectacular 9 months. Anybody who claimed an online relationship would never last *looks at WC, Dethlord, her mother, and a few "friends"* can go shove their words in uncomfortable places (except for WC, because technically he redeemed himself by being a largish factor in our getting together). I love Tal, more than anything or anybody in the world, and he means everything to me. <Mushy part ends>
Let me do some quick thanks, and then I'll wrap this up:
Thank you, Phoenix, for encouraging me to pursue Tal as best as I could on that Tuesday morning last august at 7 AM after one of my all-night-Diablo benders. Without you, I wouldn't have done it.
Thank you, WC, for being a gossip queen and copying and pasting part of a conversation between you and Tal where he revealed that he had a crush on me. Without that, I wouldn't have had the courage to Ask Tal (heh, bad pun) how he felt about me.
Thank you, SuperWolfman, for being there for me to whine to when I'm depressed about being far away from the one I love.
Thank you, redink1, for starting the Dink Network, where I met the love of my life.
So in 11 days, if all goes well, I'll be with my sweetheart. I'm massively excited, and I've never been happier that I downloaded Dink, punched a pig, and became addicted. Dink has changed my life. And someday I hope to invite all of you in the community to the Bradley-Cunningham wedding.
