Any of you played that old game, Gabriel Knight:Sins of the Father? I played some of it and I think it is awesome, I wish they would make new adventurish games like that nowadays, because even though I like action and sport that are all the rage right now, the games that you had to think and it had a good storyline and such were always cool for me. Sure they have some games like like CSI and I'm sure others, but all the horrible graphics/2d charm is gone from those games.

Were you "sky high on reefer" (nice decision, bud) when you wrote this, too? It's not very coherent.

While I haven't played any of the Gabriel Knight games, I do love old adventure games of all sorts, and I find it disheartening that the genre is in such a slump now. You can only count on one hand (possibly two, but I doubt that) the number of fantastic adventure games released in the last three years, whereas a decade ago good adventures came in droves.

Ah, Gabriel Knight, good memories, The Beast Within was also enjoyable, best Full Motion Viodeo-game I ever played.. And the 3D version was also really fun..

And adventures will be hot again someday, it's like fashion, if you wait long enough, everything come's back in style! Anyway, with games coming like Sam and Max 2 (woohoo!), Full Throttle 2 (yeah!) and a possible Maniac Mansion 3, adventure gaming will rock again!

Hey tal, where did you say that free download of Duckman was again? I wasn't that interested before but now I am.
