A Dink MIDI playlist
For me, half the fun of video games is the music, so I like listening to soundtracks. I read somewhere that there's a Dink soundtrack, but I don't have that, and I do have the MIDIs, so I've made a rough draft of a playlist that follows the storyline. It's been a long time since I've played the game, so I based it on Kevin Kazimir's Dink walkthrough and Beuc's list of Dink music info. The track descriptions here are ripped straight from that page.
Let me know if you find any problems, such as tracks that should be in a different order.

Meeting martrige should go before the two before it I think but since they are for two places I guess it is okay the way it is.
Ah, yes, I see now. I replayed the beginning of Dink last night, and Martridge shows up right when Dink leaves Stonebrook. I thought the part about saving the wanderer came first. I've changed the playlist.
I think meeting martrige goes before house on fire you see martrige first time you meet him is first time you leave stonebrook house dosnt catch on fire till you find acorns. Then it is perfect.
You're missing the one for when you fight Mog the goblin. That's number 9, methinks.
Mrgantoe: Right again! Fixed.
scratcher: Ah, thanks. Beuc didn't know what battle that song was for, so neither did I. I had to look up the Mog battle in another walkthrough, but I think I have it in the right place now.

I improved the "9.mid" entry in my list, thanks!
It's also used in the fight against the island's dragon (I don't remember the name of island, the one with the throwing axe I think).
Also I linked this thread.

Yesh. 11.mid is also used, at the end of the game when you report back to King Daniel after killing Seth (so it should be last on the list).
I think the rest of them are indeed be unused, although 101.mid sounds very familiar.

101.mid is used when you meet the wizard in the Ice Castle.
The rest which are in the "unused" section are indeed unused.

Right you are! dang, I knew I'd heard it - just couldn't familiarize that song with any situation in original Dink.

Heh, I think I'm actually a bit crazy when it comes to that thing. If I hear a song somewhere, and then hear it again later, the situation(s) I heard it in before, pop straight into my mind.

A valuable skill! Okay, I've placed 11 and 101 in the list. And Beuc, thanks for linking and for creating that page!
