Every DMOD is starting to die!

I, Kara Gu dies when you die or the final boss dies

The Quest for not Quite as Lame dies before it can live.

And Some DMOD like, Dink's Quest in the Icelands, Furball and Stone of Balance turn into white screens with nothing on them!

Clearly a Vista glitch. What can I do to prevent this crap? (other than destroying the comp, which I really wanna do)

Upgrade to windows 95?

Save often and don't play continuously for hours on end; You're more likely to crash if you play a Dmod straight through like that. If you must play for a set time limit of, say, 20 hours straight, give Tal a call and learn to quit the program after every second save and play a different Dmod for a little bit. In fact, use all of the save slots. That's what they are there for, backups.

As for calling Tal, he can help you forget alllll your troubles...

Umm... run it in compatibility mode? BTW despite both the Aero (Aero being the name of the explorer theme) Windows OSs having a lot of incompatibilities, I find them both quite useable and the glitches arn't as common as everyone thinks.
