Summer holidays. People have more time during summer holidays, so we tend to get an increased amount of new people during the summer holidays. It also leads to the annual n00bfest because of this.

I've played Dink for a number of years, and downloaded many d-mods in the past. It's only now that I'm participating in the community...

My point is, everybody is sick and tired of the same old "you're Skorn" accusation. If you have a problem with a member, PM them and leave the inflammatory posts out of the forums.

I'd only recommend doing that if you're actually looking for a solution to a personal problem. Flaming each other through PMs can be even more ugly because PMs are not moderated and you can get nasty rivalries that are not recognized by the majority of the community.

Off-topic posts aren't too bad. But why even bother posting if all you're going to say is a rehash of what has been said like a hundred times before, and only causes complete derailment of the thread so people can argue about who is Skorn?
