Why the hell was my last post deleted? (Closed)
All I was doing is trying to warn you.
Who what huh? Sorry, but this thread seems to be completely unnecessary if you're not going to explain anything.
Was that a private message between you and him? I was under the impression that you aren't supposed to share that with others. That could possibly be why it's called a "private" message. But, hey, what do I know?
Well it's not something that should be kept private.
Why's that?
You are apparently unaware what 'private' means, Skorn.
I'll clarify.
Privacy (from Latin privatus 'separated from the rest, deprived of something, esp. office, participation in the government', from privo 'to deprive') is the ability of an individual or group to seclude themselves or information about themselves and thereby reveal themselves selectively. The boundaries and content of what is considered private differ among cultures and individuals, but share basic common themes. Privacy is sometimes related to anonymity, the wish to remain unnoticed or unidentified in the public realm. When something is private to a person, it usually means there is something within them that is considered inherently special or personally sensitive. The degree to which private information is exposed therefore depends on how the public will receive this information, which differs between places and over time. Privacy is broader than security and includes the concepts of appropriate use and protection of information.
In layman's terms, Private information is meant to be kept to ones self and/or certain people. How would you like it if you had a PM for me and I broadcast it for the whole world to see?

Ah, yes. But in this case it shouldn't stay private, because it is something the network should know about. Just in case things get worse.
It just seemed unnecessary to post it for everyone to see. That is probably why it got deleted. I'm not a member of the staff so I might be just talking out of my arse.
But, normally where I'm from, calling someone out is just going to get an argument started. If I were you I'd ignore the person who bothered me. Then there wouldn't be a reason for things to get worse. Thats just me though.

And why did you post that twice?
It was totally on purpose.

Classic.
@Skorn (A.K.A: Absolution) Or the other way around):
It's obviously a glitch in the system. I've noticed that it happens occasionally.
And on the topic of how a PM to you should be shared with the whole dang world. What the duck? He wasn't doing anything exclusively to you. He prolly heard some stories and poked a bit to see if your reaction would be true to the stories. (Which looks like it was.)

I think you're both silly trolls.
I agree with Drunk's statements... it's always sad to see one underdog diss another underdog in the hopes of appearing as less of an underdog, and trust me, it always fails.
The best thing to do to improve your' social standing is to improve yourself and those around you.

Also: If you ABSOLUTely want to share private messages with people, it should only be done in a situation where you're sharing it only with Staff members, and through private channels that way as well. And since your private message conversation was nothing more than a sort of "friend request" (albeit a dodgy sounding one) personally I find the posts' deletion to be appropriate.

I deleted it because I don't beleive you were doing it for the good of the community, to be honest. Revealing someone's private message, whatever the content, just to say "hey look he's a troll" is not exactly nice.
And this one will be closed too. Have a nice day
