Question about scripting
Ok so I'm new at making Dmods and I am atempting to make my first one but I have a problem. When I try to right click a sprite, hit properties, and then hit edit where it says script nothing happens. I have no clue how I am supposed to go about adding scripts to things. This might be a stupid problem I don't know, but I've read around in the other topics to see if anywhere explains where to write scripts at. And I must be too stupid to find it. So if anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
You click the . . . to chose a script first then you are able to edit it. To make a script either (easy way) copy someone elses and change to suit what you want it to do, or... save a txt file with a .c extension not a .txt and write your own. Also Metas Introduction to Dmodding is awesome and there is a few vids and other help files in the sticky threads. Enjoy and welcome to tdn!
