Funny story actually. I have been completely critical of twitter for years. It is part of the cancer killing the english language, and the writing ability of potentially eloquent and well-spoken bloggers.
Last week I found out that I made an account on it about 4 years ago but never used it. Therefore, I do have twitter.

Wait, you have one of those thingies where you post your everyday activities until certain people pinpoint your exact location and stalk you? Pretty cool.
Yeah, I do. Not that I post my address on there or anything.
You know, I can't remember the last time I saw a Twitter update where someone said "Okay, so now I'm going <here> which is located <here> in the exact middle of the <here> metropolis, and I'm hanging out with <him> and <her> and <that>."
You probably never see that because you have limited characters. But still, it's not like we are going to give our exact details away. Unless you really piss off the wrong hacker, you're kinda safe.

Twitter is used for far more than that these days. A lot of developers send out update notices through it, and websites that go under due to huge load also do so.
I think he may have been 17 at the absolute bare minimum.
When I was younger I thought he was about 25, but for some reason hadn't built himself a house yet. The game is completely full of holes. There's really no right or wrong answer when it comes to stuff like this.
