Dressup Dink?
I liked Dressup Dan Utility, what about a dressup dink one?
That'd be cool, but it would be very hard to do. Dressup Dan was just one frame that was modified while dink uses many frames (about 500 I believe).
So essentially it would be possible, but it would be 500 times more work. I think you'll have a hard time finding someone who is willing to spend that much time on it.

Ooh, that would be sweet. Just plz dont let SimonK make it, I dont wanna see anything innapropriate.

Maybe we could make Rabidwolf do them as well? Hehe
Oh, I forgot that the fat king has one image and Dink has 500. Oh well.
It wouldn't necessarily be hard to do, it would just take forever and a day.
There are ~525 frames. You'd have to cut out pants/boots/shirt/etc.. thus multiplying the workload further. This is probably why nobody has done it.
You can download the files here if you want to take a shot at it. If you have some friends that would be willing to help, you could even split the work, but for one person alone it would be a huge pain in the ass to do.
Also, you wouldn't really need to worry about the recoloring part. If you just separated the pieces that would suffice because people could easily batch recolor the pieces. It would also be a good idea to write a program that would put the pieces back together. This would save the user a ton of work trying to make their own Dink.
My head hurts just thinking about the amount of work it would take to do this
