Oh, NOW YOU'VE DONE IT!
Um, what, why would you want to do that? Set type to invisible would achieve what you're saying.
Also, I can't say I've ever seen house tiles before.
Try to be more clear with your requests next time.

No, you can't place sprites lower than tiles. Tiles have no depth dot or anything. My suggestion, judging by what I interpreted from your request, is to find the .bmp of the tile, cut out the bit you want, and place it over the thing you want.

Hmm..
I thikn he is talking about the Inn tiles, you need some time to figure out how that should be made, but you should figure it out.

It uses both tiles and sprites...

iplaydink was right, and Dinkdude, I like your' idea - I'll have to look into it.
By the way, what does everyone (who reads this) think of the map (what you can see of it) so far?

UPDATE: Haha! I did what Dinkdude said - making "new" sprites at its' easiest! I just cropped the section of the tile that I needed, saved it in my new graphics folder and whacked it over the problem and it was fixed like a stoned junky!

You could also use two castle wall sprites in a situation like that, cut a chunk off one from the bottom, and off the left side from the other sprite (with shift + X/Y + arrow key).
