When you choose to leave when talking to the stone giant leader, the computer (not just the game) crashes. The ending was terrible. There were grossly excessive rewards for simple quests (like 10000 gold plus two levels for walking back and forth across a street talking to two people, a quest that took maybe 60 seconds and no skill). Game balance is bad, too--the clawsword gives like +25 attack and is easily bought. The secrets are nice but too easy to find, the plot is too straightforward, and few if any objects are scripted, which means that there is very little humor. There are two new enemies, one of which can turn invisible, which is nice.
